Job Description

Logical Recruitment Partners are proud to be working a successful international outsourcing firm with offices in the beautiful city of Debrecen in Hungary.

They are looking for an HR professional to join them as an HR Lead to work as part of a team in assisting in the developing and implementing of all HR related policies and procedures.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives, providing input on policies and procedures and accurately maintaining all employee records. As the HR Lead, you are responsible for providing excellent and professional assistance and support to all employees and managers. Duties:

-Providing effective and professional HR services to employees and staff either regular or adhoc as requested by the management team

-Monitoring and analysis of HR issues and opportunities

-Leading and managing HR projects in line with HR objectives

-Handling of disciplinary investigations, hearings, appeals and grievances along with organising new starters to the business.

-Implementing company-wide and departmental strategies to increase employee satisfaction.

-Reviewing of Company and HR Policies and Procedures in line with legislative developments

-Creation and provision of HR management training and induction programs

-General administration

 

Requirements:

-Demonstrable experience as an HR officer, administrator, or?other HR related position

-Previous experience working in a call centre is highly desirable

-Excellent knowledge of HR functions i.e. pay & benefits, recruitment, training and development etc.

-Sound understanding of Hungarian labour laws is desirable

-Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills

-Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels

-Good knowledge/expertise with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
